Following the just recent relaunch of the logotype, Yasuhiro commissioned CHEWING THE SUN to design and programme his website and a new line of tags and hang tags, introduced with this season’s collection…
Based on a simple analogy, the design quickly evolved into an overall and user-friendly guidance concept : A bichromatic colour-theme – like in kid’s fashion separated by gender – dyes the women’s tags in a restraint warm grey while dipping the men’s in a mandatory pale royal blue. And blending aesthetic uniqueness with a high standard functionality…
Take this as a hommage to the seasonal recurrence of an untiring fashion world or just leave it as a divergent but selfreflexive metaphor of youth and contradiction. However, Yasuhiro once again proofs his complex view and outstanding narrative talent..

Last year in march we created the website shoebox art. School children in Peckham, a deprived borough of London, have rebuilt their nurseries in shoe boxes and have written short pieces about them. Now Kids Company and The Bryan Adams Foundation are delighted to present the second step of this notable social project ‘Shoebox Art’, a unique auction and exhibition of work by leading artists. In support of Kids Company’s work with vulnerable children, 40 leading artists have recreated a room from their childhood inside a shoebox:
The website we have done shows the shoeboxes by Zaha Hadid, Mat Collishaw, Rachel Howard, Marc Quinn, Jake & Dino Chapman, David Bailey, Damien Hirst, Ross McNicol, GavinTurk among others.
The works will be shown in a notable gallery in london and a lottery auction will sell both the artists and the childrens boxes in aid of Kid´s company.
